However, Jordan Silk and Moises Henriques, both experienced players, teamed up and put on an unbeaten 109 run partnership to lead the Sixers to victory. Both batters took their time at the start, but made sure to keep the run rate within reach as they steadily increased the score. In the end, Jordan Silk was 59 not out, and Henriques, the team captain, hit a four to bring his score to 50 and secure the win for the Sixers.

Alex Ross and Sam Whiteman managed to build a good partnership, but the team was unable to score runs quickly and at key moments lost wickets and ended up at 93/6. Fortunately, some big hitting from Ben Cutting helped the Thunder to reach a final score of 133 in their 20 overs.
