Women's Caribbean Premier League 2024- Squads, Fixtures and All you need to know

The 3rd edition of the much awaited Women's Caribbean Premier League is commencing on the 21st of August with Barbados Royals Women and Guyana Amazon Warriors Women locking horns against each other in the opening match of the tournament. The Final match of Women's Caribbean Premier League will take place on the 29th of August, 2024.

A total of 7 matches will be played during the competition, including the Finals. Each team will face each other twice and the top 2 placed teams will play in Final match, to be played on the 29th of August.

All of the matches in the Women's Caribbean Premier League are scheduled to be played at the Brian Lara Cricket Stadium in Tarouba, Trinidad & Tobago.

There are 3 teams participating in the Women's Caribbean Premier League namely Barbados Royals Women, Guyana Amazon Warriors Women and Trinbago Knight Riders Women.

Barbados Royals Women are the defending champions of the Women's Caribbean Premier League. They had won the Finals of the last edition against Guyana Amazon Warriors Women by 8 runs.

Barbados Royals Women have a great squad including the likes of Hayley Matthews, Chamari Attapaththu, Qiana Joseph and Amanda Jade Wellington. They are expected to make it to the Finals comfortably.

Guyana Amazon Warriors Women on the other hand are also equipped with match winners like Chloe Tryon, Karishma Ramharack, Shabnim Ismail and Lauren Winfield Hill. They also have a great chance to make it to the Playoffs.

Trinbago Knight Riders have a relatively weaker squad. However, they do have match winners like Meg Lanning, Jess Jonassen and Deandra Dottin in their squad who have great experience under their belt.
