TATA WPL 2025 - Teams, Player Squads, Fixtures Schedule, Venues - All you need to Know

Women's Premier League will commence on the 14th of February with Gujarat Giants Women taking on Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women in the Inaugural Match at the Kotambi Stadium, Vadodara. The Final Match of the competition will take place on the 15th of March, 2025.
A total of 5 teams are taking part in the competition namely Gujarat Giants Women, Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women, Mumbai Indians Women, Delhi Capitals Women and UP Warriors Women.
A total of 22 matches (including the Finals) will be played during the Women's Premier League 2025. The teams will face each other twice in a double round robin format. 20 league games will be played in Women's Premier League. The team that finishes at the top of the points table after league stages automatically qualifies for the Final while 2nd and 3rd placed teams will lock horns in the Eliminator Match. The winner of the Eliminator Match will go on to face the already qualified team in the Final Match, to be played on the 15th of March, 2025.
There are 4 venues decided to conduct the tournament namely, Brabourne Stadium, Mumbai; Bharat Ratna Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee Ekana Cricket Stadium, Lucknow; M Chinnaswamy Stadium, Bengaluru and the Kotambi Stadium, Vadodara.
Talented overseas players like Jess Jonassen, Meg Lanning, Marizanne Kapp, Deandra Dottin, Hayley Matthews, Shabnim Ismail, Sophie Molineux and Alana King are taking part in the Women's Premier League 2025.
