SCORECARD

Points Table
Despite winning the toss Brisbane Heat openers didn't look up to the challenge, as both were gone for single digits.

Heat did fight back though, Jimmy Peirson (45*) leading the way, supported by Matt Renshaw (29) and Sam Billings (25).

It was an innings of bowlers though, as Akeal Hosein (3/26) continued his great form, however it was Thomas Stewart Rogers (4/23) who stole the show.

In response, Renegades didn't start any better in a repeat of the first innings.

A half century from Andre Russell (57) was the boost Renegades needed, giving them some hope.

If Akeal Hosein (30) hadn't done enough with the ball, he also added a much needed knock for Renegades to spur them on, along with Aaron Finch (31*) seeing the innings out was enough to get Melbourne Renegades to a 4 wicket win.
