Women's Premier League: WPL 2023 - Squads, Fixtures and All you need to know
The first edition of Women's Premier League commences on the 4th of March, 2023 with Gujarat Giants locking horns against Mumbai Indians in the Inaugural match of the competition. The final of the Women's Premier League will be played on the 26th of March, 2023.
A total of 22 games will be played during Women's Premier League. Brabourne Stadium and DY Patil Stadium will host the matches to be played in the Women's Premier League.
There are 5 teams participating in the competition namely Gujarat Giants, Mumbai Indians, Royal Challengers Bangalore, UP Warriorz and Delhi Capitals.
International Women cricket stars including the likes of Ashleigh Gardner, Elysse Perry, Megan Schutt, Heather Knight, Hayley Matthews, Sophie Ecclestone, Beth Mooney and Tahlia McGrath will feature in the Women's Premier League.
